Prof. Dr. Graf-Vlachy presents study on the legitimacy process of Multi-CEOs

Once again, Prof. Dr. Graf-Vlachy was invited to the Oxford Reputation Symposium at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. This year, he presented a joint study with Prof. Dr. Hensellek (TU Dortmund University) and Prof. Dr. Haack (HEC Lausanne) on the legitimacy process of multi-CEOs, i.e., CEOs who run multiple independent companies at the same time. In particular, he and his co-authors examine in the study how multi-CEOs, given the breadth of a CEO’s tasks, legitimize themselves to their stakeholders.

In addition to a high-caliber scientific program, this year's symposium is also characterized by its extraordinary accompanying activities, including a debate in the Oxford Union and a gala dinner in the Dining Hall of one of the university’s many colleges.
