As part of the "International Management" lecture, Jochen Gary's guest lecture offered fascinating insights into the specific processes and special challenges of international management at a global gaming company

As part of the “International Management” lecture, we were delighted to welcome Jochen Gary, Vice President Marketing at Stillfront Group, as a guest speaker. In his lecture entitled "Playing Globally: Insights of International Management of a global gaming company", he shared fascinating insights into the market conditions of the gaming industry and the special challenges and advantages of managing numerous, globally distributed gaming studios under the umbrella of the Stillfront Group. Jochen Gary guided the students through current developments, challenges and proven solutions for a successful market entry in the global gaming environment. In particular, he addressed the overarching role of the parent organization in the marketing and launch process and gave an insight into the specific local adaptations of both the campaigns and the marketed games. He also shared his invaluable experience in coordinating international teams to ensure efficient collaboration.
