Discussions on “Strategic Leadership and Attention in a Post-Chandlerian World”
At the 13th EIASM Workshop on Top Management Teams and Business Strategy Research in Passau, co-chaired by Prof. Dr. Graf-Vlachy, researchers from around the world discussed the role of strategic leadership and attention in today’s organizations.
In addition to keynotes by Prof. Dr. Donald C. Hambrick (Pennsylvania State University) and William Ocasio (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign), participants could witness a panel discussion between Elizabeth J. Altman (University of Massachusetts Lowell), Theresa Cho (Seoul National University), Tomi Laamanen (University of St. Gallen), and Pinar Ozcan (University of Oxford).
The Professorship for Strategic Management and Leadership was represented with two academic contributions on strategic flexibility (presented by Jeffrey B. Lovelace, University of Virginia) and misconduct of supervisory boards (presented by Skylar Wan, TU Dortmund University and University of Leeds).
