Received Jackstädt Fellowship
Prof. Dr. Lorenz Graf-Vlachy receives a Jackstädt Fellowship from the Dr. Werner Jackstädt Foundation to fund the research project “Crisis resolved, lesson learned? A configurational analysis of sustainable organizational learning from crises”.
The research project will use the fsQCA method to investigate the conditions under which organizations learn from organizational crises. It will pay particular attention to the cognition of the CEO. The aim of the project is to produce, on the one hand, scientific publications and, on the other hand, concrete recommendations for action for executives and supervisory boards on how to overcome crises productively.
The Dr. Werner Jackstädt Foundation funds research in medicine and business. Jackstädt Fellowships are awarded to professors of business administration at German universities in the first years of their tenure to fund a specific research project.
