Prof. Dr. Graf-Vlachy presents study on role behavior of top executives

Whether top executives fulfill the roles ascribed to them can have important consequences for their companies. But if a CEO doesn't "speak like a typical CEO," for example -- will that be perceived positively or negatively by external audiences?

Prof. Dr. Lorenz Graf-Vlachy addressed this question in his seminar talk at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He presented new findings from a joint project with researchers from the University of Passau and Notre Dame University and discussed them with the seminar participants.
