Content Overview
This module discusses the foundational concepts of strategic management. It covers various issues related to strategic analysis, strategy formulation, and strategic choice and decision-making, as well as different aspects of strategy implementation. Beyond business strategy, the module will also cover some basic elements of corporate strategy. Finally, the module includes sessions on innovation strategies and strategies for digital platforms.
